Paul is a self- taught abstract artist who over the years traveled around the world. During his travels, he always created some paintings using a great mix of colors, contrasts and more!

Paul loves working in an expressive and dynamic way. Often, he works on multiple paintings at the same time. He experiments with sand, cloth, nails, bark, foam, working tools and more! Whatever catches his eyes and can be of any use. 

He let colors blend. He plays with light and structure in many ways to get fulfillment. Focusing on the magic of the moment and trying to be in the flow hoping for majesticity to reveal. He often paints during his travels in South East Asia where he also has a studio in Isaan in Thailand.

He is an admirer of many impressionists like Vincent van Gogh, Claude Monet, William Turner and more. Also, abstract expressionists like Jackson Polack, Willem de Kooning and Marc Rothko. Cubisme like Pablo Picasso and Piet Mondriaan. 

Paul has been selling paintings privately to Dutch people and businesses for many years. Expats also love his work. Some of his work is now in the hands of Argos Take Care Group, as well as the CEO of MTV. The former Director of the EPO, the director of Stolt Tankers and the managing director at Shell Aircraft and many more! 

His paintings have been sold to offices and private collectors in the Netherlands but also in other countries too.
