Paul Dirkse is a self-taught artist who has traveled all over the globe, he works mainly with acrylics and is constantly experimenting with new styles and methods. He tries to approach his creations with an uninhibited and open mind. Working on instinct in an expressive and dynamic way, often on several paintings at the same time.
The prices for the art work of Paul are based on materials and time spent on the painting. They may vary by the size of the painting as well:
Small size paintings starting from €150
Medium size paintings starting from €250

RENTING & WORKSHOPS
RENTING A PAINTING FROM PAUL
Not sure which painting to buy? You have the option to lease one of Paul’s artworks, with rental rates beginning at €5 per month. The rental fee is calculated as 3% of the artwork’s selling price, and the minimum rental duration is one year. After this initial year, you can swap the artwork for another one of your preference. Should you decide to buy an artwork, 80% of your total rental expenses will be subtracted from the selling price.
You can also choose to make payments for the painting(s) in installments. Initially, you will need to pay 20% of the purchase price, and the remaining amount can be paid in 10 or 15 interest-free instalments.
PAINTING WORKSHOP WITH PAUL
Paul offers engaging painting workshops for companies, parties, and special occasions, providing a unique avenue to enrich your gatherings. Whether you want to strengthen team bonds, infuse creativity into celebrations, or customize a session to your specific objectives, Paul has you covered. Even if you’ve never picked up a paintbrush before, no prior experience is necessary, and all materials are provided.
You’ll not only create beautiful artwork but also cultivate a shared experience that lingers in the hearts and minds of participants long after the painting is complete. Plus you can keep the memories forever!

Paul sold more than 650 paintings in the last 10 years to a lot of different nationalities living in the Netherlands.
DELIVERY
Delivery time is between 5 – 20 days depending on type of painting, size & framing. This excludes bespoke art.
UNFRAMED OR FRAMED
The painting can be unframed or framed. The frames are modern or antique in a variety of colours. Paul can help you with that.

Paul is an admirer of many styles, impressionists like Vincent van Gogh, Claude Monet, Paul Cézzane. Abstract expressionists like Jackson Polack, Willem de Kooning, Marc Rothko. Cubisme like Pablo Picasso, Piet Mondriaan. Surrealism like Salvador Dali. Actually many of these artist one can not set in a specific style, because they mastered more than one.
He loves working in an expressive and dynamic way, often he works on multiple paintings at the same time. He also experiments a lot with sand, cloth, nails, bark, working tools and more! Whatever catches his eyes and can be of any use.
